I wanted to take this time to thank you and your staff (Adam and Brandy) for all the work you did for me. I realize my case was a simple one, but it was the way I was treated while I was there that made the difference. For the longest time, I believed we all have the same chance at life. We all make mistakes and then we learn from them. I, however, needed a second chance. That I failed the first time and everyone (creditors) who put their trust in me is going to be let down. This was how I felt in November. When I finally realized that I couldn't keep up and it wouldn't be long before I was going to be too far behind to ever get out, that was when I realized my mistakes of the past where going to prevent living in the present or having a future. I came to your office in March, not feeling like a failure but like someone who just needs another chance.
